I love dentistry! The patients bring variety to the day, and the technical aspect of dentistry can be very challenging and rewarding at the same time. I appreciate the artistic component to dentistry as well. I take pride in providing my patients with beautiful, high quality care.

Education and Continuing Education

In order to become a dentist, I acquired the following certificates:

• Undergraduate education, University of Minnesota, 1995-1998
• DDS, University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, 2002
• General Practice Residency, Hennepin County Medical Center 2003

My profession changes at a constant rate as new technologies evolve. I know it is essential that I take continuing education courses to stay current with the latest products and techniques. I use this new knowledge to help enhance the oral and overall health of our patients. It is exciting to see the advancements taking place in dentistry and how they can improve the services we provide every day!

In the Office

As dentists, we are able to build relationships with patients as we provide their dental treatment. These relationships are the reason we are here. Every patient has their own unique story, and I love hearing what makes each patient special.
 
For our dental team, the highest quality patient care is their top priority. They strive to provide patients with the best possible service and deliver it in a relaxed setting. They truly take pride in their professions, they work together and enjoy what they do. The staff feels like a big family, as do our patients!

Family Life

I was born in Bismarck, ND, and have lived in Stillwater for seven years. My wife, Kari, and I have two beautiful daughters and we love visiting state parks and just being outside! My family is the world to me, and I enjoy every minute of being with them. My hobbies include building model cars, playing basketball and fishing, though not all at the same time!
