We always try to save your natural teeth. When removal is the healthiest choice, we make the process as calm and comfortable as possible.

Tooth Extractions
A tooth may need to come out if it’s severely decayed, broken beyond repair, loose from gum disease, impacted, or crowding other teeth.
Before any extraction we explain why it’s recommended, what to expect, and your options for replacing the tooth if needed, such as an implant, bridge or denture.
What to expect
We take X-rays and review your health history.
The area is fully numbed; sedation is available if needed.
The tooth is carefully loosened and removed.
We give you aftercare guidance and check in on healing.

Most people feel better within a few days. Full healing of the gum takes a little longer.
Stick to soft, cool foods for the first day or two and avoid straws, which can disturb healing.
Replacing a missing tooth helps prevent neighboring teeth from shifting. We’ll talk through the options that fit you.
